The museum is named after the Pazhassi Raja,

visit all through the weekend except Monday and public holidays. The museum
remains open from 09.00 am to 01.00 pm and again from 02.00 pm to 04.30 pm.
Best time to visit
Though
it is located in Kozhikode, the best time to visit is similar to Kozhikode. The
best time to visit is from the months of September to May as the weather
remains pleasant for all type tourist activities.
Access up to the Museum
Being
nestled in the Kozhikode district of Kerala, you can easily access up to the
museum without any hesitation. You can travel by roadways, railways and by
airways. Kozhikode is the major city close to the museum which is well
connected to all the major cities of the state as well as with the other state
too.
Kozhikode railway station is the nearest train station and the nearest
airport to the museum is the Calicut International Airport at a distance of 23
kilometres away from the town. As soon as you reach the airport and train
station you will get plenty of local taxis which you can hire and reach the
museum. Numbers of luxurious buses ply from KSRTC to Kozhikode from where it is
only 5 kilometres to reach the museum.
